Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ)

Our schools use the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) as part of our efforts to support student well-being and identify areas where students may benefit from additional support. Participation is voluntary. The screening will be administered between September 14th and September 25th. If you do not wish for your student to participate in this questionnaire, please follow the steps as outlined in the attached information by Friday, September 11.
